Tina Beliveau – Team Founder & Realtor

A Baltimore native, Tina Beliveau is enormously driven and is a gifted marketer, salesperson, and leader. Her business philosophy is that every client deserves diligent work, detailed follow-through, clear communication, and a first-class real estate experience. 

Tina is the visionary behind The Beliveau Group client experience, sales and operations processes, and well-known brand. Under Tina’s leadership and vision, The Beliveau Group has grown into a renowned brand that has been nationally recognized for top-of-the-line marketing, world-class results, and demonstrating deep care and commitment to serving clients in such a way that they become raving fans who stay connected with and refer the team for life. The Beliveau Group has represented over 800 clients since forming in 2014, and the team’s cumulative experience exceeds 1,200 home sales. 2019 was TBG’s sixth consecutive year of serving over 100 clients annually. 

Tina is a sought-after speaker for national conferences such as Sales Mastery and Emerging Leaders United, and has been honored with the following awards: Top 100 Influential Agents in Maryland, The Daily Record’s Twenty in their 20’s, Smart CEO Magazine Future50 Emerging Business Leader, and The Daily Record’s Most Admired CEOs. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication & Advertising from Towson University, professional graphic design experience, and extensive home staging expertise. Tina has been a licensed Realtor since 2005.

Passionate about charity, developing leaders, and giving back to her community, Tina is extremely involved in the Maryland SPCA as a board member, governance committee member, and Urbanites young professionals chair. In 2017, Tina gifted the Maryland SPCA with a transport van that made it possible for the SPCA to double its capacity to spay, neuter, deliver food to housebound pet owners, and transport homeless animals between local shelters.

Tina and her husband are also avid supporters of Abilities NetworkGuiding Eyes for the BlindEarl’s Place, and Lab Rescue. Tina also serves as an advisory board member for BFG Financial Advisors and on the board of her neighborhood HOA, Seminary Ridge.

Tina lives in Lutherville with her husband, Andrew, and their 3 dogs: Jonah, Teddy, and Tucker. When Tina isn’t building companies or serving her community, she is spending quality time with her family, pets, and friends, reading, traveling, mentoring women in business and personal development, and working out on her spin bike!

Diana Pham – Realtor Partner

Diana is a Realtor Partner for The Beliveau Group, representing sellers, buyers, and investors. Diana loves to work with buyers to hone in on the factors that make their future home their dream home. Buying a home, whether for the first time or the fifth, is one of life’s biggest decisions. Every buyer is different and Diana focuses on developing an understanding of what is most important to each and every buyer.
In representing sellers, Diana delivers our proprietary process and experience known as TBG Seller Select. This extremely comprehensive process is a blend of the most professional and effective marketing in the industry, aggressive negotiation and representation of our sellers’ interests, and a very proactive process to help our clients realize maximum resale value in their home (including advising on cost-effective repairs, setting up contractors for any work needed, and home staging included at no cost to our clients). 
Prior to becoming a Realtor, Diana worked in the field of health research and program evaluation, which informs her approach as a Realtor. From providing clients with easy to understand data and information on neighborhoods to uncovering the smaller details of potential homes, Diana puts in the work to collect all the information that buyers need.
Diana graduated from Columbia University in New York City with a Master’s of Social Work and moved to Baltimore to attend Johns Hopkins University in pursuit of a PhD in health policy. It was then that she discovered her true passion for the houses and people of Baltimore and the surrounding area.
In her free time, Diana likes to explore the hundreds of Baltimore neighborhoods and works on restoring a Victorian home in Hampden with her husband, Brian. She has a particular love and expertise in old houses and houses in need of a little love!

Melissa Dubé – Client Concierge

Melissa is responsible for executing seamless coordination in the full listing and contract to close process for The Beliveau Group. There are an infinite number of moving parts throughout the buying and selling process so Melissa’s goal is to keep everything running smoothly and on time for our wonderful clients. Real estate has been a long time passion for Melissa and she is truly thrilled to be working with The Beliveau Group team while learning all of the ins and outs of the industry.

Melissa was previously a Project Manager at MindRocket Media Group where she was responsible for overseeing and tracking project milestones across 12+ clients in the education community. Prior to MindRocket, Melissa was a Program Specialist at ASCD, where she led projects and programs under the Constituent Services umbrella, including the ASCD Emerging Leaders program for “rock star” educators, Student Chapters at universities nationwide, and state-level affiliates. Melissa has a 10+ year track record of efficient large-scale project planning, program development, and logistics management while providing excellent customer service.

As a mom of two young daughters most of Melissa’s time is spent chasing her girls, Olivia and Catalina, with her husband Alex. The family resides in Crofton.


Shawn Wilkinson – Client Support

Shawn supports The Beliveau Group’s clients and team members with anything and everything they need to ensure a seamless experience for all parties. We count on Shawn to manage incoming calls and messages to the team, communicate with clients about important initiatives and events, work hand in hand with our team and sellers to prepare homes for market, deliver documents and any needed items out in the field for our clients and team members, and anything else that pops up that needs attention!

One benefit to working with an efficient team like ours is that we have just enough team members to support our clients and never leave them hanging, but not so many people in the mix that the process is impersonal or disjointed. Shawn is a ten year veteran of the real estate industry and prides himself on helping our clients wherever and whenever he is needed!


Home Staging Team – Stefanie Weir & Stina Pillion

A key component of the proprietary Beliveau Group sales process, TBG Seller Select, is the fact that we stage all of our properties at absolutely no cost to our clients.

Whether a home is vacant or occupied, our team has years of experience in preparing homes for sale through a very hands-on approach that is borne out of our passion for helping sellers realize every possible dollar possible in their potential equity!

If you will be living in your home while it will be on the market, Stefanie and/or Stina will consult with you and provide a clear, written summary of what we advise doing staging-wise make your home as attractive and valuable as possible. Depending on what you’re comfortable with, we will also assist you in decluttering and arranging all necessary areas of your home to make it shine!

If your home will be vacant while it will be on the market, we will bring in accessories and furnishings that are simple, elegant, and make your home feel “warmer” and look as attractive as possible. We keep an inventory of these items so that we can stage a house on a dime at any time, and have a proven protocol that we perform to easily maximize your home value without you having to lift a finger.

Whether your home is vacant or occupied, we will also closely advise you on extremely cost effective improvements that generate more than a 100% return on your investment. We have a team of affordable contractors that have worked with TBG for many years, and we typically coordinate free estimates and scheduling of any work that happens in your home – all with your approval and with cost consciousness in mind! Before any of this happens, we will have a candid conversation with you about whether you are comfortable spending money and/or time to maximize your home’s value, and we then make all recommendations in alignment with your needs and resources.

Currently, he manages the office in Annapolis, MD and thoroughly enjoys originating loans and working directly with customers. Matt takes a different approach to mortgage originations, he really takes the time needed to dive into the client’s financials to help them structure the financing of
