faq’s

Our “opening ceremony” will be around 4pm on Monday January 12th. We recommend that you plan to take an early morning flight on the 12th, or consider flying in the day before and giving yourself 24 hours to decompress!
Our final group activity will be finished by 11am on Thursday January 15th. We recommend taking a late afternoon or early evening flight home.
For planning purposes - the hotel is roughly a 1 hour car ride from the airport, and the hotel recommends a 3 hour buffer at the airport in case of delays at security. We recommend you budget roughly 4 hours from the event end to your flight time if possible. That said - if you need to leave earlier on the final day, it is completely fine to miss all or part of the final group activity. In this retreat, everything is optional!! Do what works for you - period.

Yes - if you use Southwest, their schedule is already open for January 2026! Take a peek at their schedule (the airport you’ll fly into is Cancun) or of course, check any other airline of your choosing.
For our Baltimore friends, there are 2x/day nonstops so this is an easy one!!
