Tiffany Malstrom
Tiffany Malstrom’s path to real estate has been shaped by creativity, hard work, and a love of community. She is passionate about helping clients navigate one of life’s biggest decisions with confidence, care, and a clear vision for success. Tiffany is proud to help clients find not just houses, but homes where lasting memories can be made.
Tiffany’s career began as an elementary school teacher in Harford County, where she spent nine years in the classroom.. Teaching instilled in her patience, clear communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work one-on-one to meet the unique needs of those around her.
After teaching, Tiffany went on to own and operate Oh Hello Again, a small business where she updated and refinished furniture for her shop space. Running her own business sharpened her skills in client care, organization, and negotiation — strengths she now brings to her real estate career.
As a RESA® Certified Home Stager, Tiffany offers clients a unique advantage in preparing their homes for the market. She has a trained eye for design and understands how to highlight a property’s best features, helping homes sell faster and often at a higher value. Buyers equally benefit from her ability to help them envision how a space can truly become their own. Her staging and design expertise, paired with her real estate knowledge, make her an invaluable partner for clients looking to maximize their investment.
Known for her approachable style and client-first mindset, Tiffany takes pride in building relationships based on trust, honesty, and results. She believes real estate is more than just transactions — it’s about helping people move into the next exciting chapter of their lives.
Tiffany has been a Marylander for over 40 years, growing up in Harford County and attending Salisbury University. She lives in Hunt Valley with her husband Bill, their daughter Sophia, and pets, two black lab rescue dogs, Maci & Tucker and their cat, Cheese.. When she isn’t working, she spends her weekends on the sideline of a soccer field as her daughter’s biggest fan, reading a good book, traveling, or planning another at home DIY project.
